Spin forming and Deformation Mechanism of Non-circular Cross-section Hollow Parts

  The plastic deformation mechanism of was first anounced by professor Qinxiang Xia,and classified the spinning forming technology of non-circular cross-section hollow parts . Solved bases’ high frequency redical feed , and related control problem . Developed a model machine based profiling drive for non-circular cross-section hollow parts produced by spinning . Solved many key technology of numerical simulation ,such as the movement locus of spinning roller、parallel calculation and so on . Simulated spinning forming process for many kinds of non-circular cross-section hollow parts and manufactured some of them as shown above .
