         HGPX-WSM multifunctional CNC spin forming machine
    By means of the HGPX-WSM multi-function spinning machine (Fig.1) and the special tools, not only various complex axisymmetric parts (Fig.2), fan tube (Fig.3), lamp cover (Fig.4), filtering bottle (Fig.5) and so on, but also the offset or oblique non-axisymmetric parts with one part of axis being parallel to another or being a certain angle(Fig.6) can be produced. Comparing with stamping and welding, the reduction rate of the tubal blank by spinning increases from 35% to 50% or above, and the manufacturing procedures decreases from 26 steps to 2 steps.

   Comparing with stamping and welding, the reduction rate of the tubal blank by spinning increases from 35% to 50% or above, and the manufacturing procedures decreases from 26 steps to 2 steps. Therefore, the manufacturing costs decreases and the production efficiency increases greatly. Furthermore, the cup-shaped thin-walled inner gears (Fig.7) can also be produced by this machine. The utilization of the material increases from 40% to 80% or above, the production efficiency increases about 50%. Comparing with the traditional machining manufacturing technology, the demerits such as the low working speed, low dimension precision, high material waste, high tools requirement, low mechanical properties, and so on, can be overcome by spinning completely.
Obtained the Third-class Award for Science & Technology Progress of Guangdong province. Obtained 2 authorized invention patents and 6 authorized utility model patents.
